Right now, I am reading Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. I am listening to a version of this on Audible, and I'm actually not really enjoying it. Since we are studying British Literature in our homeschool co-op this year, this famous book is one of our required reads.
I am 7 chapters in right now, and would really be preferring to read something else. The reason is this: Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is pure nonsense. Sure, it might be entertaining to little kids, but it is really exceedingly boring for older kids and adults. Other than the occasional slightly funny thing that the Mad Hatter may say, there's nothing funny, and no lessons to be learned.
Currently, I'd rate this book as only a 2 star book.
