Hello, everyone! I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I was a bit busy during the summer and completely neglected this blog.
Anyways, I've written up a couple of posts for the book A Place to Hang the Moon. So here you go!
I am listening to this book on Audible (I suggest checking that recording out - it's excellent!) I have read this book before, and chose to read it as a free read.
Honestly, this is a very beautiful and well-written book. Set in World War II, the story follows three orphaned children, William, Edmund, and Anna, in their search for a 'place to hang the moon.' A place to call home. They're evacuated from London, and hope that they find a billet and family that will be willing to adopt them once the war's over.
I could talk about this book for a really long time. But if I do I'm sure to say something that would completely ruin the whole book for the rest of you.
Anyways, I rate this book 5/5 stars. Definitely recommended.
If you haven't yet, I suggest checking out a post I made about this book on my blog, A Literary Garden! You can read that post here.
